Job Summary
It is desirable that candidates demonstrate through their application form and at the interview that he/she:
- Has previous experience of dealing with the public and providing a direct Customer Service.
- Has the ability to keep comprehensive records associated with all aspects of their area of work.
- Has previous experience of working under supervision and reporting to authority.
- Has the capacity to write clear reports and perform satisfactorily the clerical duties attached to the post and be proficient in the use of computers and possess good ICT skills.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and possesses an ability to deal with members of the public.
- Has the capacity to contribute to and work well in a team.
- Has the ability to use initiative and judgement.
Each candidate must, on the latest date for receipt of completed application forms:
- Possess satisfactory experience relevant to the post and be able to demonstrate an awareness/understanding of the role
- Have a standard of education sufficient to enable him/her to discharge the duties of the post
- Be capable of writing clear and concise reports, keeping work records and measuring and recording accurately the quantities of work done
