Backhaul Direct is looking for an experienced professional interested in working in our laid-back office environment. Become a member of our growing team today! As a Compliance Coordinator, your time will be spent on mitigating risk in our daily business. You will handle all claims and other related compliance and legal projects from start to finish.
What will you do as a Compliance Coordinator?
- Perform carrier approvals
- Update, collect, and verify all active BHD carriers have given us the proper information needed
- Inspect and review all carriers’ safety data to ensure they comply with our policies
- Investigate any discrepancies with carrier information
- Assess claims as assigned, determine the best approach for resolution and execute it
- Analyze and apply the contractual terms set forth in the agreement between parties involved
- Supply accurate and detailed reporting as required to the teams involved
- Showcase the ability to recuperate funds from responsible parties in a timely manner
- Accurately document each claim in the TMS
What are the qualifications of the Compliance Coordinator?
- Bachelor's degree desired
- Previous work experience in claims or industry experience required
- Self-driven individual
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals
- Possesses good communication skills among all platforms
