We are hiring! The Contract Support Specialist (CSS) is an integral part of our Construction Management Team. This position can based out of Pensacola, FL.

How will you contribute to the team?
Research contracts, plans and regulatory agency manuals to determine and analyze specifications and requirements.
Reviews contractors' progress reports and field representatives' diary sheets.
Prepare contract payment estimates for review by the project staff
Document management.
Tracking of pay items during the project
Maintains logs and reports.
Assists in the preparation of change orders and/or supplemental agreements and project plan updates.
Prepares calculations and documentation to update final estimate package.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. With Associate's degree, eight years of related experience. Without a degree, ten years of related experience is required. Some experience in electronic job data entry is generally required.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations, to understand contract plans and specifications, organize information, and use PC and applicable software.
