Qualifications

Must be located in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, or Indiana

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience within real-estate/property management industry is required. MH experience preferred

Must be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Ability to collaborate with various teams across multiple departments

5 years of increasing accounting responsibilities with prior project controls/cost management

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts

Manage daily accounting functions, production of periodic financial reports, and strategic planning and budgeting

Perform general accounting functions including bank reconciliation, deposits, and general ledger maintenance in accordance with GAAP

Reconciling cash receipts from e-commerce platforms and payment portals against sales orders and customer invoices

Run financial reports monthly in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
