Job description

The aims of the Credit Management Services department are:

  • The provision of professional Risk Management to maximise sales whilst protecting the business from unnecessary commercial risks
  • The timely collection of balances owing to the company to maximise profits and fund future sales

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor and work unassigned emails received via Teamwork Desk from internal and external customers across B2B and B2C customer base in accordance with agreed guidelines and SLA’s
  • Drive query resolution through close liaison with all other internal departments
  • Review of/upload/download of information/files from customer/bank portals and entering or saving of information on to agreed systems or folders as per guidelines and SLA’s
  • Entering and saving specified text to CMS systems and files as per agreed guidelines and SLA’s
  • Build excellent relationships with customers and account managers
  • Facilitating credit card payments from customer with no agreed credit limits
  • Ad hoc duties or tasks as required
