TDA Integrations, Inc. (TDAI) is currently searching for a CT Technologist - to support a medical facility in Memphis, TN.

Work Schedule

· VA Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30 p.m.

· Off-hours Coverage: Monday through Friday 4:30 pm – 8:00 am and Friday through Monday 4:30 pm – 8:00 am.

· On-call technologists must be available while on-call during all hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

· On-call technologists must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site within 60 minutes.

Job Specific Duties

· Requires specific knowledge of cross-sectional human anatomy and its application in spiral, and/or multi-slice computer tomography, inclusive of 3-D reconstruction scans, including drainages, biopsies, and a peripheral vascular examinations.

· The technologist requires specific knowledge and training in the location, appearance, and function of the various major and minor systems susceptible to radiological illumination; to interpret the examination request accurately; to understand the functioning and inter-relationship of the various organs; to use the methods and techniques which will identify organs appearing on the digital display monitor, or on film, and the various stages of the examination to judge the acceptability of the image and/or scan for diagnostic use and to emphasize the aspects of particular interest to the physician.

Qualifications:

Experience

· Requires knowledge of image acquisition in Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).

Licensure/Registration

· Technologist(s) shall have a current certification as required in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property.

o Technologist(s) who perform MRI and CT services must have advance registry by ARRT.

o Technologist(s) who perform ultrasound services shall be registered by ARDMS.

· All licenses shall be full and unrestricted licenses.

o Technologist(s) who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
