Job description

Seeking an experienced culinarian with primary experience focused on Events / Banquets. To manage a kitchen operation and Orchestrate events from 10 - 500 in Rockford’s largest meetings and events venue. The focus will be on social business as well as corporate and other varied events.

The successful individual will be well organized , have a command of volume food preparation with quality in mind. Purchasing and receiving are part of the role. As is food cost control, menu composition, food rotation, maintaining of appropriate par levels, Keep a clean kitchen and strictly adheres to Health and Sanitation codes and standards.

This is a hands on role , with oversight of a compact team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
