Healthcare Customer Service Representative and come grow with us. This full time position with benefits. Work from home and then potentially transition to onsite. Primary duty - assist customers via phone to provide an excellent experience.

Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Previous Customer Service experience required
- Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
Preferences:
- Call Center experience strongly preferred
- Previous Healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual a plus
Must reside in the Tampa, FL area.
