Omega Benefit Strategies is seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist with experience in group benefit plan administration, billing, or accounting to assist consumers with questions and issues by phone, email, and chat. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot and solve problems, while providing excellent customer service to employees and members of our client groups.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…
- Answer and return calls daily and help consumers with issues, while documenting each call.
- Daily approval and review of consumer driven health plan claims and request for receipts, review and approval of receipts received, as needed.
- Provide customer service to employees or members of our client groups.
- Produce Excel reports as required or requested by insurance carriers or account holders.
WHAT YOU NEED…
- Customer service focus and strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable answering member phone/email inquiries regarding their benefit plans, premium payment, payroll contributions and/or billing questions.
- Proficient with Excel; working knowledge of Word and Adobe and other office technology software tools.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience preferred with proven ability to understand employee benefit insurance billing and payment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- College degree or equivalent preferred.

This is an excellent mid-level opportunity to grow your skills while making an immediate impact contributing to the business. This is an hourly paid position, pay rate is between $18-$22 per hour and will be commensurate with experience. Full benefits are offered: medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, retirement, vacation. We are located on Mechanic St. in downtown Leominster MA, or Meeting St. in downtown Charleston, SC. This is not a remote position.
