The customer support specialists provides the second level of support for customers and field representatives, taking full responsibility for cases after installation, delivery, and direct ship, such as damaged items, missing/shorted items, incorrect items received and warranties. This person will act as a liaison between different departments within Arizona Furnishings, their customers, and the manufacturers. Customer support specialists work as part of the customer support team to create optimum customer satisfaction, leading to long term relationships. After the case is assigned, the customer support specialist would then follow up with and take full ownership of the case. These resolutions should be determined as early as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. As such, customer support specialists are required to be good problem solvers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers, customer service representatives, project managers and service teams.
  • Take appropriate steps to open support cases and bring all open cases to a resolution in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for all cases that require follow up after an installation, delivery, and direct ship due to damage, missing/shorted items, incorrect items received and warranty cases.
  • Keep an open line of communication with customers as to which stage their case is at.
  • Provide email with progress updates when acknowledgements are received with estimated ship dates and on confirmed shipped date.
  • Document all work completed and in progress to easily track relatable issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
