Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
- Perform extensive clinical and operational data analysis, investigate and document data issues; develop strategies to improve data quality and standardization.
- Manage and improve the quality of data; validate the accuracy of the reporting of data within data products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify, resolve, and improve data quality.
- Document root cause analysis on data quality issues raised and recommend viable solutions, providing guidance to end users of any changes.
Experience and Skills:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, required.
- Minimum of five years’ experience working with database products.
- Desire to investigate anomalies and proactively problem solve.
- Significant knowledge of writing SQL queries, developing reports and working with Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Significant knowledge of data warehousing concepts and processes such as data profiling and ETL.
- Knowledge of manipulating data in Excel or other data manipulation tools.
- Experience working in Tableau would be desirable but not required.
