Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You’ll Do

• Perform extensive clinical and operational data analysis, investigate and document data issues; develop strategies to improve data quality and standardization.
• Manage and improve the quality of data; validate the accuracy of the reporting of data within data products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify, resolve, and improve data quality.
• Document root cause analysis on data quality issues raised and recommend viable solutions, providing guidance to end users of any changes.

What You’ll Bring to CHA

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working with database products.
• Desire to investigate anomalies and proactively problem solve.
• Significant knowledge of writing SQL queries, developing reports and working with Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Significant knowledge of data warehousing concepts and processes such as data profiling and ETL.
• Knowledge of manipulating data in Excel or other data manipulation tools.
• Experience working in Tableau would be desirable but not required.
