Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented writer and strategist to join our team as a Digital Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling content for a variety of digital platforms, including blogging, script writing, website copywriting, and social media writing. You will also be tasked with developing short-term and long-term content strategies based on data analysis, monitoring web traffic performance, and presenting findings to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Write engaging content quickly for various digital platforms

Collaborate with internal departments, such as project management, development, and creative teams

Develop short-term and long-term content strategies by analyzing data

Become proficient with search marketing tools and concepts

Monitor, analyze, and report on web traffic performance

Create and deliver audits and reports for a variety of stakeholders

Requirements:

Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field

Content creation experience

Ability to produce content with a polished and consistent appearance

Experience or interest in search engine optimization

Effective verbal and written communication

Ability to successfully collaborate, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience

Microsoft Office proficiency

GA4 experience

Google Search Console experience

Google Business Profile experience

The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this position is a strong writer who can think critically, communicate effectively, and has experience or the ability to learn basic search engine optimization (SEO) principles. Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to present information to different audiences is important.
