Direct Support Professional- PCA/HHA/CNA

Job Description: RES Home Care is looking to hire a PCA, HHA or CNA to work in our Structured Day Program (SDP). Structured Day Program services are designed to provide a stimulating environment for individuals with physical and/or cognitive impairments due to a traumatic brain injury and/or other disabilities.
The SDP Aide provides oversight and supervision to all participants attending in addition to providing support, encouragement, and 1:1 assistance as needed while classes are being conducted. SDP Aides support activities of the program and carry out specific tasks as assigned.
Experience: Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications as well as having the ability, skills, training, and supervision necessary to meet the participant’s needs that will be addressed through this service to assure the health and welfare of the individual
Education: Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications
- Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
