Job description
This position will oversee the complete operation of academic services: program creation; grant writing and renewal each year; budget development, analysis, accountability; hiring, training, supervising, evaluating all staff; development of programs and policies that are joint relationships with the academic affairs part of the University. To evaluate programs internally and for federal government. To track and evaluate all program participants. To provide regular periodic reports to Associate Dean.
Responsibilities:
(Annual Salary: $60,835 - $65,000)
Master's degree in a related field Education/ECE, Administration and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Preferred:
- Three (3) years progressively responsible administrative experience
- Three (3) years experience and demonstrated success with disadvantaged students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and administration
- Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships with key constituents
- Demonstrated commitment and success in working with disadvantage students
- Low-Income background preferred
