They will oversee the execution of our critical infrastructure focusing on support to lead our top team of professionals. The preferred candidate will have experience in operations management at an executive level managing high volume food production in a commissary and/or manufacturing environment.

They will oversee the execution of our critical infrastructure focusing on support to lead our top team of professionals. The preferred candidate will have experience in operations management at an executive level managing high volume food production in a commissary and/or manufacturing environment.

The Director of Operations will have strong leadership skills along with understanding our business expectations and providing the required management support across additional function leaders including finance, culinary, sales, and marketing. The primary responsibility of this position will be to manage the Operations Support Team that includes:
- Unit Operations Support
- Client Relationships
- P&L management
- Continuous improvement
The Director of Operations is responsible for providing operational support to a high volume central kitchen with an array of capabilities. Customers will include existing and prospective client account's across the Corporate Services portfolio in NYC. Directs the support of one or more operational functions to ensure consistency and adherence to budget, but also client contracts. Aligns capabilities and efficiencies in support of company or divisional initiatives. Will provide services in support of the sales effort through production planning, KPI management, feasibility studies, pricing, and quality service. Directs resources in response to client account needs and requests. Provides leadership and training on operational subject matters. Supervises a team of operational/project support positions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 7 years
Basic Functional Experience - 7 years of experience in operations
