Responsibilities
The
Distribution Specialist functions under the direction of the Manager and Assistant Manager of Distribution and the Warehouse Leadership team. Responsible for the functions associated with the supply chain cycle of facilities within the WellStar System. Inclusive, but not limited to responsibilities with receiving, warehousing, distribution, and supply replenishment process and delivery. Resolves and expedites receipt discrepancies and unacceptable commodities. Keys disbursement provides customer service and proofs and tracks daily inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education
- High school graduate or GED
Required Minimum Experience
- 1 year of experience preferred in warehousing/distribution environment.
Required Minimum Skills
- Experience preferred in automated warehousing, receiving, and inventory environment. Have basic personal computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display positive attitude.
