POSITION SUMMARY:

The Entertainment Attendant provides guests with an exceptional experience by being the main point of contact during their visit; providing recommendations, walking them through the ins and outs and assisting with all aspects of entertainment needs as they arise

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Acts as an ambassador of fun.

• Escorts guests to their lane or dining tables while explaining safety rules.

• Solves challenges for guests with entertainment pieces.

• Supports daily bowling operations (vector, pin chasing, etc.)

• Supports daily arcade operations (prize counter, stocking, etc.)

• Assists guests with taking food and beverage orders.

• Works in a fast paced environment to service guests in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.

• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma

• Experience: 0-2 years experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

• Team Player

• Friendly Demeanor

• Great Communication Skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Regular movement: walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50lbs, etc.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

• Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
