We are currently seeking an Entry Level Bilingual Spanish Quality Control (QC) Tech for our growing organization.

Essential Functions:

• Perform thorough examinations of all products
• Verify and inspect processes associated with documentation including formula and process audits, lock code verification, packaging, Compliance in reference to codes, metal detection, labels, label placement and item/ product verification, lot traceability and identify non-conforming documents and processes
• Perform calibration inspections of in-house test instruments ie: thermometers and scales, metal detectors, x-ray machines, temperature and humidity controls and machine settings.
• Perform Sampling, Deviations, Metal Detecting, GMP, GLC, Labeling, Weight Checks, Quality assurance, and Qc testing
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
• Assist in complaint investigation and corrective action plans.
• Conduct pre-start-up inspections on production and allergen changeovers
• Identify and resolve customer orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Product and quantity verification and other duties as assigned by site leadership

Minimum Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Ability to work overtime and / or weekends as needed.
• Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and busy work environment.
• Flexibility to perform other duties assigned to or required by the department and to handle possible changing start times as well as
• Light physical effort required.
