CLOSED Title, www.closedtitle.com a rapidly growing, national title company with 25+ offices, is looking for an Escrow Officer to join our team supporting our new Killeen, Texas office. This is a position for a candidate with closing experience of at least 2+ years.

Ideal candidate will be able to work locally in Killeen, but a remote, experienced Texas escrow officer will also be considered to remotely process closings for our local Branch Manager to close.

Skills required:

• Review title commitments
• Satisfy title requirements
• Balance CDs and coordinate with lenders
• Coordinate and conduct real estate closings
• Provide the highest level of client responsiveness to title questions
• Review signed closing packages for accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Killeen, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Title processing: 2 years (Required)

• Texas Notary (Required)
