Experienced and passionate Executive Head Chef required for a 4-star hotel in Adare Co. Limerick.

Accommodation available if required.

The successful candidate must have experience as a Head Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel, or high-end restaurant.

They must be able to display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment, counselling employees as appropriate and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to management and they should be able to provide direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen.

Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training chefs and other kitchen staff
• Oversee the work of chefs and other kitchen staff
• Maintain records of payroll and attendance
• Be passionate about delivering a high-quality menu
• Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
• Have the ability to develop a team enhancing their skill level
• Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of and leading a team

Salary: €65,997.32-€70,935.67 per year
