Receptionist Jobs
We are currently in search of an experienced Receptionist for one of our clients who due to recent growth, now require a new person to join the team.
They initially need someone to start ASAP on a temporary basis but this person would then also be eligible to interview for the permanent role.

Salary: €30 - €35k DOE
Location: Bray
As a Receptionist your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients/visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
- Managing all inbound and outbound communications and correspondence
- Assisting with security awareness, garda vetting, etc.
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with external contractors/suppliers
- Providing administration support – diary management, producing letters, reviewing documents, taking meeting minutes, etc
- Scheduling appointments, organising meeting rooms, and coordinating events
The right candidate will have:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Receptionist – ideally from a corporate environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a great phone manner
- Excellent initiative, drive, interpersonal skills, and quick learner
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- IT skills – proficient in MS Excel – essential
