- Oxnard, Ca / On-Site
- Pay: $DOE
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary)
- Must have carpentry, painting, plumbing, basic electric exp.
- Will perform manual work for building maintenance and facility.
Related Functions:
- Wall repairs and painting
- Repair doors and windows
- Basic plumbing installation, problem troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic building and equipment electrical work
- Handle recycling and shredding
- Conduct safety inspections of Fire Extinguishers, Eyewash stations, Emergency lights, and Fire sprinklers
- Replace damaged floor marking tape
Manufacturing Floor Related Functions:
- Overhaul and cleaning epoxy dispensing equipment
- Perform minor Preventive Maintenance tasks
- Clean epoxy curing ovens
- Order replacement equipment parts as required
Hazardous Waste Related Functions:
- Proper consolidating, removal, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste
- Prepare hazardous waste containers for shipment
- Monitor and reorder of emergency supplies
- Clean up spills
- Replace old and contaminated oils in production test stands
