POSITION PURPOSE

This position does not require relocation. Responsible for the development and management of feed sales for Pellet Technology USA (PTUSA). Build relationships with customers and distributors while educating them on the benefits of PTUSA products. Coordination of product logistics for warehouse, distributors and customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Manage territory and existing customers, and identify new potential clients.
Build a strong client base and close new business.
Identify and develop multiple customer bases to create opportunities for increased market share.
Able to source new opportunities for distribution in various locations.
Develop sales strategies according to the specific market in order to increase sales.
Forecast and manage goals while ensuring all sales goals are met.
Ensure timely delivery of products, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Develop strategic plans to address customer needs.
Lead and assist in timely conflict resolution with internal and external customers
Coordinate scheduling of outbound loads with other members of sales team to best fit PTUSA and customer needs.
Analyze, manage, and proactively respond to industry trends while achieving company goals.

Education/Certification:
Bachelor degree in Business/Agriculture/Animal Science or related field preferred or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
3 plus years sales experience required
Sales experience in agricultural animal industries preferred
Knowledge of animal health and nutrition preferred
Demonstrate effective negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge of general office equipment required

This position will require travel up to 75%. Must have valid driver’s license.
