Millennium Information Services is growing! We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.
**FIELD INSPECTORS NEEDED**
**FREE training and help desk available daily**
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Property Inspection experience is a plus
*General construction knowledge
*Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training
*Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening
*Smart Phone required
*Dependable vehicle needed
DUTIES:
*Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.
*Time service deadline, 15-20 days.
*Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
*Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
*Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 (2 per hour) exterior and $40-$90 (1 per hour) interior.
*Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE).
