As an FP&A Manager the main purpose of the role is to support the commercial business to improve the accuracy of key balance sheet numbers reported in the monthly financials, ensure internal policies are applied consistently and work with the Legal and Engineering department to protect company's assets.

Support Business Solutions business stream in the following areas:

• Ensure accuracy of long-term receivable “LTR” balance is reported accurately,
• Work with Commercial to align stock value with LTR with stock within the ERP system and resolve differences.
• Work with Commercial/Engineering to address missing product pricing and establish an adequate process to obtain ongoing missing product prices.
• Coordinate with contract managers the stock value and respective pricing value and establish a process to comply with internal policy.
• Engage with Legal department and ensure all consignment stock is properly protected filling the documentation required timely.

Engage with John Crane Digital business and ensure:

• Accurate control of assets
• Support the Digital Team in areas such as revenue recognition and match cost of goods sold in line with Divisional policy
• Identify weakness and strengths in the digital business and help its growth

Work with the Regional Controller in further ad-hoc projects such as:

• Overall business control improvement
• Month end reporting accuracy
• Support on business change through process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA
• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Prior financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience.
• A good command of the English language is essential along with excellent written communication skills.
• MS Suite experience.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
