We are an ophthalmology practice located in Washington, PA - right off of Interstate 70. We are seeking a friendly and professional front desk associate. Position is Monday - Friday - hours may vary.

The front desk receptionists must interact frequently with patients, medical professionals and supervisors and accordingly, must have excellent communication skills and be personable. This is a full-time position with benefits. SWPA Eye Center is an equal opportunity employer.

Duties include greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, entering insurance policies, answer the telephone, handling and processing payments, filing and scanning charts, relaying messages to physicians and staff and keeping paperwork organized.
