The ideal candidate will get satisfaction from helping others, will have a warm and friendly personality, and a highly professional demeanor. Experience with a multi-line phone system and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) are mandatory, as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to handle a fast- paced position.

Duties include:

  • Greet clients and guests, answering phones and respond to client/vendor request and inquires.
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Drafting and emailing client/vendor correspondence
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Schedule meetings for C-suite executives
  • Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot office technology.
  • Back-up maintenance coordinator; field service calls for maintenance/property management
  • Organize and maintain all common areas ( cafĂ©, kitchenette, conference rooms and both workrooms.
  • Receive all parcel deliveries and mail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and data management skills.
