Job description
We are currently seeking a Garden and Landscape Maintenance crew member to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining clubhouse landscaping in pristine conditions year round.

Under the direction of Clubhouse Grounds and Landscape Manager, Garden and Landscape maintenance crew will maintain clubhouse landscaping in pristine conditions year-round.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Watering flower beds and containers
- Planting flowers and shrubs
- Push mowing surrounding turf
- Pruning plants and trees
- String trimming
- Hedge trimming
- Blowing leaves and debris
- Weeding
- Assist with small irrigation repairs

Qualifications:
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Good work ethic
- Good attitude
- Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping or other related fields is preferred, however we are willing to work and train the right individuals
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
Continuous repetitive motions
Work outside for extended periods of time
