Snell Motors is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Receptionist.

The Guest Receptionist is responsible for ensuring all guests are welcomed and directing them appropriately. This position is required to perform a variety of duties ranging from answering the phone, filing, and customer service. The Guest Receptionist must be a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and demonstrate a high level of organizational skills.

Duties:

• Answer telephone, direct calls, take and relay messages
• Greet guests and direct to the correct destination
• Provide information on services and products for all Snell Companies
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Ensure guest waiting area is clean and tidy at all times
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed

Shifts and hours will be variable, Monday through Friday during the time span from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday's from 8:00am-5:00pm. **Must be able to work on Tuesday and Thursday** Shifts can be flexible depending on candidates availability. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility. We are happy to work around candidates schedules and school class schedules!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Mankato, MN 56001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
