We are currently recruiting for part-time Guest Service Agents.

The Hotel:
Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Centre is located on Chancery Street, just steps from the Four Courts Luas stop and with a Dublin Bikes station just outside our door.
Boasting 249 ultra-modern bedrooms, a vast lobby area with all day dining, and our very own Guud Day coffee shop, we’re perfect for business or for catching up with friends.
The Role:
We now have a vacancy for Guest Service Agents to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the front of house department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, whilst operating within the brand guidelines to ensure our unique Hamptonality experience for every guest, every time.
Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Undertaking all training to deliver our unique Hamptonality experience and able to carry out your duties to the required standard.
- Ensuring all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Corresponding with guests face to face, over the phone and by email.
- Inputting guest reservations and other data into the hotel Property Management System.
- Check-in and check-out of guests.
- Food & Beverage service.
- Maximising revenue through up selling and the efficient recording of sales.
- Ensuring familiarity with safe keeping, cash handling, and credit policy of the hotel.
- To be fully aware of any hotel updates, hotel/brand promotions, corporate promotions or special activities going on in the hotel/area.
- Liaising closely with all hotel team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 years previous experience as Receptionist or Food & Beverage Server.
- Previous experience working in a branded property.
- 100% computer literacy, to include Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook etc).
- Previous experience working with OnQ, xnPOS, or similar Property Management System.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area and Dublin City.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
Please note that this position requires a fully flexible working schedule, spanning all shifts over the 7 days, including morning, evening and weekends.
