We are searching for an engaging individual with strong multi-tasking and customer service skills. The

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer inquiries from guests about the local area
• Follow cash handling policies
• Obtain all necessary information when taking reservations
• Be able to perform and complete all tasks in shift check list
• Handle check-ins and check outs in a friendly and efficient manner
• Balance and prepare paperwork for closing individual shift
• Maintain and promote guest programs
• Maintain a clean work area
• Problem solving - be able to anticipate, prevent, identify and solve
• Respond to and anticipate guests needs
• Have knowledge of emergency procedures and assist as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel preferred but not required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Computer experience required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to effectively communicate with guest and coworkers in a courtesy manner
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize functions to be completed
• Maintain regular attendance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.51 - $17.48 per hour
