Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for the position of Head of Research -Dublin Region Homeless Executive (DRHE) located in Dublin City Council, the lead Local Authority for the Dublin Region. The Research Unit is currently charged with proactive data analysis and research relating to homelessness. The post holder will be required to use empirical research, data analytics and measurement techniques to support the development of evidence-based policy relating to homelessness for the local government sector and the configuration of services nationally. The primary data source for the sector is the Pathway Accommodation Support System (PASS). PASS is the national shared services data-base utilised by all local authorities and all funded NGO service providers nationally.
