Full time Housekeeper wanted for a large apartment community, The Grand Reserve at Maitland.

You are a passionate and detail-oriented person who takes great pride in maintaining cleanliness throughout the property to ensure our residents and guests have a memorable experience. Your standards for cleanliness are very high, and you strive for excellence.

WHAT YOU DO

You begin each day by greeting your associates and meeting with them to ensure a successful and productive day. Using your knowledge, skills, and eye for detail, you notice and correct any cleanliness issues quickly. You inspect what you expect!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You maintain the property, so all is clean, orderly, and pleasant. You accomplish this by touring the property each day to identify janitorial/cleaning needs, maintaining all common areas, amenity spaces, and available apartments. You provide an environmentally safe and clean setting for the residents and guests of the property. Your responsibilities include ensuring residents are satisfied with the apartment and building cleanliness, and that our luxury brand standards are upheld.

1-2 Years Housekeeper experience wanted, preferably in the multi-housing industry.

Position available immediately.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
