The Industrial Engineer is responsible for performing work measurement studies on production equipment, conveyance, and human work for operations and engineering stakeholders. This data will be used to optimize gross margin through capacity improvement and streamline operations. Furthermore, the IE will require leading layout and space readiness initiatives for existing line optimization and new line installations, including 2D CAD design, merging new lines and products into existing operations, and expanding the factory footprint.

The Industrial Engineer provides high-quality decision support using Excel analysis, discrete event simulation, linear programming, and other operations research methods.
