Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, programming, and executing integrated marketing strategies to launch new products/services and holistic value propositions to drive performance and growth for CeriFi and CeriFi’s family of brands. This individual collaborates closely with Sales leadership, Product development & innovation teams, aligning on strategy and vision to generate growth. This individual is multi-faceted, thinking holistically about brand marketing and product marketing needs, creating the right mix of tools and experiences to progress our customer’s buying journey and enable sales.
The ideal candidate understands how various content, channels and programs can drive engagement and sales through a full customer journey from awareness through advocacy across B2B and B2C environments. They're an excellent partner, focusing on collaboration, transparency and data driven conversations. Last, they're scrappy, humble, and growth-minded; they understand how to build for the long-term without sacrificing the ability to be agile and respond to short-term opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build connections across CeriFi to establish a synergistic set of tools that communicates a holistic offer to meet the needs of our Tax + Accounting, Legal, and Finn Crime customers, directly supporting the following brands across these verticals: Fast Forward Academy, Spidell, Checkpoint Learning, West LegalEdCenter, and the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS).
- Develops our Tax + Accounting, Legal, and Finn Crime Segment Marketing Plans/Communications Strategies using insight and data to drive purposeful positioning, powerful messages and to arrive at the most effective marketing and communications mix to help us succeed, partnering with sales, product and marketing teams in the development.
- Responsible for driving positive ROI and meeting revenue growth targets for each vertical segment.
- Build and develop strong cross-functional relationships; understand the functional capabilities across the team and how that fits within the broader organization.
- Defines content strategy, enabling the team to publish content across social, marketing automation, web, and paid channels.
- Generates innovative ideas to promote our brand and products across all phases of our customers’ buying journey.
- Responsible for establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve annual revenue targets across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets.
- Develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning, and creative to align with target customer needs and business objectives. Work cross-functionally to ensure positioning and messaging is consistent across all client touchpoints.
- Manage planning, design, and execution for key tools and experiences, working with external agency partners, internal resources, and project teams to achieve deliverables on time and on budget.
- Lead the process to integrate marketing and sales partners into launch planning to determine sales enablement and training requirements, account strategies, tool needs and targeting tactics.
- Leads ‘always-on’ and campaign-based demand generation activities, in partnership with digital marketing, utilizing digital channels (paid media, social, email, and SEO) to build brand awareness, increase consideration, and fill the sales funnel, through influenced attribution and new revenue efforts.
- Build long term relationships with cross-functional teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
- Willingness to support additional brands/verticals to support business needs and enable cross-sell opportunities.
- BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years professional experience in Strategic Marketing with experience in product, brand, and segment marketing across B2B/B2C environments.
- Expert ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proven experience in change management, strategic planning, program implementation, and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment, with frequently changing priorities.
- Experience developing and leveraging customer segmentation to optimize and maximize all that we do.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence at a level appropriate to a range of audiences, resulting in effective working relationships.
- Must have strong systemic thinking skills, coaching skills, planning skills, organization skills, and ability to be resourceful and timely in completing goals and objectives.
- Exceptional proven collaboration with Sales and Marketing organizations. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing, campaign frameworks, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills and well- honed presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, creatively problem solve, learn on the fly, and work with all levels in the organization, including executive leadership.
- Operates effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.
- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Ability to travel as needed to achieve business objectives (<10% of time).
