Jack & Jones Sligo are currently accepting applications for a part time sales assistant position, this sales assitant position requires the candidate to be fully flexible over Monday - Sunday. This position requires the candidate to have at least a years experience in retail.

This position will require the successful candidate to be available for Monday-Sunday work, we offer a 10h + basic flexi contract.

Job description:

• This role is a customer service based role - the main objective is the provide exceptional service at all times
• Greeting customers who enter the shop
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Answering queries from customers
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Balancing cash registers with receipts
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
• Interest in social media channels
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: €10.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
