Job Overview:

The Jr. Product Manager is a member of the cross-functional team who is responsible for supporting the overall execution of the product development cycle and line planning process. This is an entry-level role focused on developing the individuals’ proficiency in all product development systems and processes. The role includes data management and integrity, timeline management, product and packaging sample management, and related tasks designed to support the product development process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for the Set Up and Integrity of all Product Data in ARAS, ADAM and Line Lists
• Assists with Conducting Competitive Market Research and Monitoring Landscape
• Produces Pricing Models to Assist with Pricing Strategy on New Formats
• Supports the Product Development Process from Concept to Commercialization
• Assists the PM Team with Timeline Management
• Supports Category Analysis to Facilitate Recommendations for Product Status, Changes, Adds/Drops to the Line or Recommended Line Needs
• Supports Presentation Needs for Internal and External Projects
• Manages License Product Approvals and Support to Ensure Contractual Compliance
• Works with Marketing Team on Collateral & Communications Proofing
• Manages Product Samples for Various Photoshoots, Special Projects and Customer Needs

Skills Required:

• Excel & Microsoft Office Skills
• Detail-Oriented Thinking & Organization Skills

Qualifications:

• College Degree Required
• 0-2 years of experience
• Some exposure to or education in Product Management, Marketing or Merchandising preferred
• Minimal travel as business needs dictate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
