Jupiter Front Desk Team Member
Job description
Indoor Tennis Facility is looking for a front desk/receptionist to join our team. Please reply to this post by emailing us your resume, if you believe you are the right fit.
Part time 20 hours - going up to 40 hours if needed
Looking to fill two positions -
Weekdays starting 9:00 am till 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm - 3 or 4 days a week
Weekends - shifts one or both days - approximately 6-12 hours across both days
Daily Responsibilities
Greets/Welcomes tennis players and families Checks in Players ; Charges according to current rate sheets Takes Payments and Makes Bookings/Cancellations/Reschedules Customer Service , Cross Sell and Upsell lessons, memberships etc. Take turns with other members to keep office and court areas clean Create and Maintain checklists for events, inventory, class signups etc. Show up on time or few minutes ahead of shift schedule

Display initiative and self-motivation
Professional appearance, outgoing personality, and friendly!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Takes Accountability on everything front desk during shift time.
Ability to multitask
Payment calculation accuracy is a necessity.
You must be organized.
Have own transportation.
Skills Preferred
Prior experience in handling Point of Sales systems like Square, Clover, etc. Able to calmly handle a variety of interpersonal situations
