Want to be a part of our exceptional team? We are currently seeking positive, compassionate and reliable full time Grounds Department Lead to make a difference in our residents' lives.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Assures our 75-acre grounds are maintained, well groomed, and free of trash, debris and hazards.

2. Assures that walkways are clean and clear of hazards.

3. Trims, prunes and shapes various trees, bushes, shrubs and plants, as directed by supervisor.

4. Maintains outside water lines and equipment as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated history and success in grounds and landscaping maintenance.

2. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.

3. One year experience in plant and/or residential maintenance required.
