KP Staffing is hiring a Lead Generator / Estimator for a great concrete and fence construction company, located in the Euless area. This company has been a leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of the most innovative turnkey precast solutions on the market, since 1986.
Job Overview:
You will be part of a fast paced, flexible, and fluid team who needs to meet strict deadlines. The Coordination Lead Team serves multiple purposes in our organization such as Lead generating support, estimating support, sales support, customer service, etc. This position would need to be organized and tech-friendly. Creativity, self motivation, time management, organization, and flexibility are skills that are highly valued. Applicant must be hard working, organized, eager to learn, & take initiatives to make projects successful. This position will assist the Sales and Estimating Team with day to day project tasks as well as the following:
- Searching through plan sets
- Searching for viable jobs based on a certain criteria
- Contacting customers for additional information regarding bid requests
- Searching through various bid boards looking for projects to bid
- Assist the sales and estimating departments
- Assist with competitive sealed proposals and their delivery
Schedule and Salary:
This position will be Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one hour lunch.
Starting pay will range from $20-$23 an hour, based on experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret civil and architecture, and grading plans
- Ability to comb through specification
- Ability to communicate with engineers and architects regarding bid sets
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- High level of professional communication skills
- Proficient in managing email, communications, and calendars
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Cad skills is also helpful
