ICG Global Loan Operations requires a senior analyst to help run the LIBOR transition initiative across the organization. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of loan product and corporate lending operations as well as the regulatory initiatives around LIBOR transition to Risk Free Rates. Core responsibilities includes oversight and execution of key strategic initiatives for Loan Operations while ensuring comprehensive and consistent strategy and communication across Citi with the Central LIBOR function.

This position is key to driving execution and support for successful LIBOR transition activities and requires partnering closely with various stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Transaction Management, Business lines, Technology, and Regulators.

Key responsibilities include:

• Point of contact for ICG Loan Operations and support the global implementation of LIBOR transition
• Participant in the building of a ICG Loan Operations working group across all regions to ensure consistent engagement and implementation of LIBOR transition initiatives
• Support the governance and framework required for reporting LIBOR transition activities to Central LIBOR team
• Skilled communication and executive presence with the ability to quickly adjust message based on audiences and agendas
• Acting as Subject Matter Expect in Loan Operations for RFR
• Prepare material for interactions with Regulators on topic of LIBOR Transition, and support senior leadership for engagement on this topic
