Job Summary
As the Manager, Merchandising and Style, you will be a strategic partner of the Creative Team and responsible for creating and improving visuals across multiple platforms and formats to achieve Restaurant Associates highest brand standards. This position guides design from concept creation to implementation; providing creative leadership and design direction to our teams and connecting creativity with sales and business strategies.
This position is New York based and will office out of Restaurant Associates Headquarters. 25% field travel is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience
- Strategic leadership, exceptional communication, and project management skills
- Strong computer skills, to include Adobe
- Best in class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience.
- Client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs
- Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload
- Ability to interface with senior leadership on both sides; Compass Group and Clients
- Outstanding creative judgment
- Travel: Ability to commute to unit locations primarily throughout NYC but includes occasional travel to units outside of the NY
- Work Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and client/company needs.
