What you'll be doing:

Role Introduction:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our fast paced innovative company. This is a chance to work in a forward-thinking foodservice company within a dynamic, fast-growing team with a passion for great food. You will be tasked with assisting the marketing manager with day today marketing activities.

Who you are:

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Responsible for creating an interesting and relevant Marketing Calendar to drive sales across the business based on insight, high street trends & commercial data
  • Seasonal Marketing: develop consumer communication and POS, as well as an internal unit guide for all sites based off the marketing calendar. Work cross functionally with Commercial, Culinary, Nutrition & Design team to execute these offers.
  • Assist in mobilisation of new sites opening including branding, signage install, launch etc.
  • Responsible for internal communications
  • Support with digital marketing including content creation, website management & social media
  • Event Management
  • Manage relationship with third party agencies including print & signage
  • Support with other ad-hoc tasks & projects as required
  • This role will report into the Marketing Manager, and is based in Parkwest, Dublin 12.
  • Hybrid & flexible working options are available, however the ability to travel to other counties is essential

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in business, marketing, media or related field
  • A creative & innovative thinker
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Tech savy with a keen interest in Social media and technology innovation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to adapt at pace, often with competing deadlines
  • Full driver’s license with access to own car (some travel is required)

Desirable Criteria:

  • Whilst this is an entry level role, some experience or internships would be preferred
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry
