A growth-minded individual that will support the marketing team in the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives including product launches, promotional, and daily operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

✓ Collaborate internally with key teams to develop PEER Branded Best in Class Content/Materials

✓ Work closely with sales and other business functions together, competitive intelligence, industry insights, and customer input to support the development of marketing and sales materials.

✓ Strategize with Key leaders in key brand awareness, growth engine opportunities.

✓ Support internal PEER branding/marketing for employee-facing needs (i.e., newsletters, company events, etc.)

✓ Marketing support for Peer Chain, industry, promotional events, and trade shows, including advertising, trade logistics, trade vendor management, marketing, an additional promotional material.

✓ Work with both internal and external teams on key technology supported and social media engagement growth strategies.

✓ Support and develop key 2nd touch retention and growth initiatives leveraging key personalized marketing tactics.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

You’ve completed your bachelor’s degree.

Technology savvy with proven ability to use multiple social and software platforms.

Understanding of digital reporting and analytical metrics

Marketing and Advertising agency support is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, One Note, Word, Excel) and Teams

Experience with e-commerce marketing campaigns

Willingness to collaborate and develop new skills.

Organized and analytical with strong attention to detail

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Minimum of two years marketing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
