About the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our clients’ marketing automation platform and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enable cross-media campaigns, driving growth, engagement, and conversion of their audiences.
About you: You’re a curious, ambitious marketer who thrives on learning about complicated B2B technologies and markets, engaging audiences through content. Your experience in marketing operations and automation will enable you to identify opportunities within lifecycle stages, analyze audience behaviors and inspire clients with insightful advice and efficient execution.
You have experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of deadlines within a cross-functional team, and work well as part of a group. You are driven to ensure that we regularly exceed expectations and enjoy working with smart, hard-working, and fun people to help create the future of a growing agency.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients, account teams, and the wider digital team to craft marketing strategies that help clients elevate their profiles and demonstrate leadership in their industries while cultivating leads.
- Understand client business objectives and find ways to help achieve them through effective marketing operations.
- Manage the day-to-day marketing operations of our clients’ marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive engagement, managing lifecycle stages to develop audiences into prospects and leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new marketing initiatives. These may include content, creative, social, and communications teams.
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to agency management, including team oversight, mentorship, new-business proposals, and pitches.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience (including management of complex lifecycles, multi-platform campaigns and compliance with data protection regulations).
- Agency experiences a plus.
- Experience managing campaigns across email, social media, display, search and content marketing, including data capture, analytics and presentation of results against agreed targets.
- Suitable and recent marketing operations/platform vendor certifications.
- Experience in marketing to B2B audiences, ideally within the technology, financial services, healthcare or cybersecurity industries.
- Qualifications in content production and/or experience working within a cross-functional content and marketing team
- A reverence for deadlines, eagerness to lead and take ownership.
- Ability to surprise and delight, build a team and bring levity to their work
