For our client, a Multinational Medical Device production company, we are looking for Cleanroom Production Operatives.
- Long term work with view to become permanent with possibility of promotion.
- This is a contract directly with our Client.
- Brand new cleanroom environment.
- Currently there is only day shift Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm but soon the company will introduce 2 shifts pattern so flexibility to work morning and evening shift is required.
- Only 10 minutes walk from Red Line Luas station
Responsibilities:
- Be a proactive member of a team

- Ensure needs/requirements of internal staff/customers are understood/delivered
- Help develop/improve Company internal processes and QMS by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- Comply with Company Quality Management System Requirements
- Understand/Apply Quality Policy Statements in all aspects of your work
Cleanroom Team Tasks:
- Clean room entrance and exit in accordance with cGMP* and in line with current SOPs (Standard operating procedures)
- Cleanroom garbing
- Product assemblies to be created within the cleanroom and non-cleanroom environment as outlined by SOPS
- Packing the finished product
- Performing daily and weekly cleaning to maintain strict quality standards as directed by team leaders.
- Completing all documentation clearly and legibly in line with cGMP standards
- We like to hear from our staff and hear their feedback. We ask each production team member to commit to providing feedback on SOPs and their relevance.
- We provide ongoing performance feedback and ask that you will participate in this process with us as part of your overall performance review
- Occasionally you will be allotted tasks within Inventory control by the team supervisor
- Inspection – Product, Components, packaging, labels, drawings, specifications for defects as outlined in relevant SOPs and training
- Reporting any quality issues to production manager and quality team within a timely fashion
Payrate bands:
- Monday - Friday first 8hrs €12.27ph, after 8hrs €18.40ph
- Saturday first 4hrs €18.40ph after €24.54ph
- Sunday €24.54ph
- Pay increase after 6 months
- 1 week bonus salary in summer, 1 week bonus salary in December
- Yearly salary increase
