Home Buying sits within Retail Ireland and is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for mortgage loans in the Republic of Ireland, to include all aspects of mortgage markets, risk profile, returns, costs, fulfilment, servicing and market positioning.
Direct Mortgages is a Business Unit within Home Buying and is responsible for the delivery of Mortgages via inbound/outbound phone lines and online applications.
Our Direct Mortgage specialist team is made up of hard working and driven people who like a laugh along the way.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer centric people with a passion and energy to drive business performance who want a career in Direct Mortgages and all the benefits that go with it to grow & develop.
Purpose of the Role
Provide outstanding customer care and clear solutions to our mortgage customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Taking care of inbound/outbound calls from our customers, supporting them in all aspects of their mortgage home buying journey
- Measure key performance indicators to ensure you meet agreed objectives
- One Group One Team-Building Relationships & Networking opportunities with such areas as Underwriters, Operational Teams, Product Development & Branch Staff
- Supporting our Customers to thrive in their goal to purchase their dream home
- Working in a culture with a strong ethos of Customer Focused, One Group One Team, Agile & Accountability
- Manage Risk- Strong Credit Quality/Risk performance
- Customer Focus- Demonstrate a strong Customer Service ethos by ensuring the delivery of a top quality service in tandem with achievement of Customer Satisfaction indicators

- Please note you must live in the jurisdiction for the business to which you are contracted.
- The primary location for this role will be Kilkenny or Tallaght, but a level of WFH will be available and can be discussed on the successful outcome of your application
Essential Qualifications
- QFA is the preferred qualification however applications from individuals who hold APA Loans, Regulations and Savings & Investments will be accepted on the understanding, that, if successful at interview, they will commit to attaining QFA within 18 months of being appointed to the role.
