What You Will Be Doing
Responsible to manage Multi-Family Estimations
Create Multi-Family takeoffs for both install & material projects
Review plans & specifications relate to schedule and scope of work
Communicate with other Multi-Family team members to insure project success
Create Multi-Family takeoffs for both install & material projects

Communicate with other Multi-Family team members to insure project success
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of Multi-Family Construction Estimating experience
Experience with Type 3 & Type 5 Consutrction estimation
Review & analysis of blueprints & specifications relative to schedule & scope
Familiarity with computer software for blueprint takeoffs (Planswift)
Communication with our customers & project execution team
Experience with Type 3 & Type 5 Consutrction estimation
Review & analysis of blueprints & specifications relative to schedule & scope
Familiarity with computer software for blueprint takeoffs (Planswift)
