Marymount is now recruiting new graduate staff nurses.We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic nurses, who have recently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, to join Marymount on a permanent contract basis working 37.5 hours per week to work in our renowned organisation across our two services.
You will be highly motivated and passionate about delivering high quality compassionate care to our patients, residents and their families in line with Marymount's values.
You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work effectively within busy and motivated teams.
Marymount has a strong commitment to provide support for new graduate nurses through a structured development programme.
The aim of this programme is to provide a broad base of experience with post graduate professional development opportunities.
This structured progression route provides new graduates with the opportunity to consolidate their learning and develop knowledge, skills and competence in supportive learning environments.
New graduates will be inducted into Marymount by completing six months in Services for Older Persons and six months in Specialist Palliative Care giving the incumbent a holistic view of the services offered in our organisation .
