Lanier Village Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Gainesville, GA.
In this role, you will be responsible for directing the administration of healthcare services for the community's assisted living and skilled nursing neighborhoods. Administers the overall fiscal operation, such as budget planning, oversight of the budgeted variable staffing, preparing monthly reports, and accounting for healthcare services. Serves as the HIPAA coordinator for the community. Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment
- Current State Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
- Minimum of two years' experience within the geriatric healthcare field
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations governing skilling nursing and assisted living centers
